We have 2 offices and 20 staff members available to provide fast, efficient and professional service to our clients. We can provide certificates of insurance the day you request them, placing an email or faxed copy in your hands when you need it. When you suffer a loss, we follow through to make sure you’re treated with the utmost fairness and consideration in a prompt and efficient manner.

Each client is assigned a personal Customer Service Representative (CSR) who knows and understands your account and can provide personal service each and every time you call. Every CSR at Kattan Ferretti is licensed through the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance and able to make changes to your policy as needed.
